Lattice Boltzmann Simulation on Two Dimensional Vapour Bubble Ripening

چکیده
Ostwald ripening refers to a process of particle/droplet/bubble system under thermal equilibrium state adjusting the size distribution spontaneously reduce total surface energy. With knowing lack in numerical studies, lattice Boltzmann approach is used simulate two dimensional vapour bubble cluster dominated by phase transition kinetics. By comparing results with theoretical prediction derived space, it shown that method accurate simulations. The also indicate mass transfer liquid driven hydrodynamic pressure and collapse bubbles influences function small region. impact parameters equation material studied further. A positive relation between speed specific internal energy proposed, which enhances fundamental transition.
